Day One
Arrive and settle into your luxury Spa Hotel and explore the facilities in this 18th century manor house set in its own landscaped grounds. The contemporary rooms beautifully combine the past and present and are all furnished to exceptional standards. If time permits we can organise a ride for you this afternoon, if not riding will start tomorrow morning. This evening you may like to dine in the hotel’s Marco Pierre White restaurant or indulge in some tlc at the luxury club and spa. Your package includes a 2 hour session to enjoy the incredible sensory journey through a variety of thermal rooms, and finish up with a dip in the outdoor thermal pool.
Day Two
After breakfast make the short drive into the Cheshire countryside to our riding stables (10 miles away), after a short assessment you will be allocated a horse suitable for your size and experience and your journey of discovery will begin. Lunch can be a bar snack at the adjacent hotel or a local pub just minutes away. If you are hacking out you will be enjoying a picturesque ride along bridleways and quiet country lanes. Later this afternoon why not enjoy a trip into Chester to explore the famous shopping 'rows' and the roman walls.
Day Three
After breakfast in the hotel it's off to the stables to complete your riding itinerary with your final lesson or hack. If you rode on your first day then you are free this afternoon to explore the area before heading home, otherwise you can choose between a lesson or hack for your final ride.
Spa treatments are available to pre-book at the hotel. There are a range of treatments to choose from including facials, full body massage and hot stone therapy.

Learn to canter / refresher package (for those who have ridden in the past and can walk and rise in trot): 2 nights B&B double/twin room, 3 private lessons and 1 hack £375
Experienced riding package (for those who can walk, trot and canter confidently): 2 nights B&B double/twin room, 2 private lessons choose dressage or show jumping and 2 experienced hacks £375
Weekend Prices

The stables are superbly located to enjoy some of the very best hacking out across Cheshire’s rolling pastureland and into Delamere Forest. The qualified instructors also offer expert tuition enabling you to improve your equestrian skills. If you are a more experienced rider and you would like to enjoy some extended hacks or private dressage or jumping lessons please ask us for a quote.
The stable in Cheshire take children from the age of 10.
