Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive this afternoon and if you can get to us by lunchtime we can organise your first lesson. We have indoor and outdoor arenas, great instructors and plenty of horses to suit all abilities. If you have travelled by train (we recommend Fleet) you can easily get taxis to the stables and after to the accommodation in the next village.

Your evening is free to explore the surrounding area and we recommend a trip into Farnham - this historic market town has plenty of eateries to choose from.

Day 2

After breakfast make your way back to the stables. Enjoy a lesson this morning followed by a hack out with a guide into the neighboroughing bridleways - where more experienced riders can enjoy some challenging faster paced rides, while beginners can build their confidence. Once your riding is over for the day it's time to choose from the large selection of places to eat or maybe an afternoon tea in Farnham. You can also visit the military museums - this is an area steeped in military history - both in the air and on the ground. World War I defence sites litter the commons and Farnborough and Aldershot are close by.

Day 3

Your final chance to ride and today we will take you out for another ride along the tracks and bridleways.

Children

Children are welcome to come and ride any time as we have a selection of ponies suitable from age 4 upwards. We run a Tiny-Tots class on Sundays for 4-7 year olds which they are welcome to join in with. Here our instructor has developed a gentle lesson structure, nurturing the children’s development of skills fully, enabling them to flourish whilst enjoying the contact with the ponies.
