Wednesday
Arrive today and settle in to your four star hotel accommodation. The hotel has a very good pool, gym and treatment rooms. If time permits we can organise a lesson for you this afternoon, if not riding will commence tomorrow morning.
This evening you have a variety of local restaurants and pubs to choose from, all within a few minutes drive (and one within walking distance). Why not head in to the pretty village of Tarporley; The Rising Sun and The Swan are both renowned for good quality food and The Coast is one of the best Italian restaurants in Cheshire.
Thursday
After breakfast you will be heading to the riding centre for your first (or second) lesson on the stable's quality dressage horses. You will be allocated a horse suitable to your size and riding experience, and you will be taught by one of the stables BHS Approved instructors. The riding centre offers top quality facilities and has both outdoor and indoor arenas. Lunch may be taken in the form of a bar snack at the adjacent hotel or at a local pub just minutes away. This afternoon you will be offered a dressage lesson where you will be able to tell your instructor which area of the discipline you would like to concentrate on. The owner of the riding centre is an active dressage competitor and you will be riding a variety of her dressage horses that are currently competing from novice to Grand Prix level.
Friday
After breakfast you will be enjoying a fourth and final dressage lesson. Today’s lesson will offer a variety of different skills and paces to help you perfect your riding. After riding you may like to visit the historic city of Chester which is only a 15 minute drive away; its unique black and white Tudor-style shopping rows draw visitors from around the globe. Beeston Castle is a 10 minute drive, at its summit the spectacular views span across 5 counties. Or the pretty village of Tarporley is only a 5 minutes drive away; here you can enjoy a coffee in the Old Fire Station Chocolate Shop. Our Travel guide can help you choose from a variety of local attractions.

Customer Feedback:
"Sandra & the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful as were the horses they gave us. We plan on going back just for the odd lesson or hack even though its a 3.5 hour road trip. Thank you for the best riding experience I have had so far!"
