Day 1
Arrive and settle into your accommodation. You have two options to choose from:
Our 4* Spa Hotel is just minutes from Royal Windsor in the beautiful Thames Valley. The hotel has the elegance of a stately home and all the indulgence of a luxury spa, plus a AA Rosette Restaurant with roof terrace. There is a state-of-the-art thermal spa with six spa treatment rooms, an 18-metre swimming pool, rock and infra red saunas and an outdoor hydropool. Perfect for resting weary legs after riding!
Our 4* B&B is an award winning fifteenth century timber-framed house, set within elegant surroundings.
If time allows today you can start riding this afternoon with a lesson, if not, riding will begin tomorrow. Please note that the hotel is a 15 minute drive from the stables, the B&B is a 5 minute drive away. For those staying in the hotel, on the days that you ride in the park you can meet the horses and guides there as it's much closer to the hotels (45 minute walk/5 minute drive).
Day 2
After breakfast, you will either travel to the riding stables where you will start the day with your private riding lesson or if you had your lesson the afternoon before you can head straight for your ride in Windsor Great Park. This Park really is a magical place to ride with its wide grassland trails and stunning views of Windsor Castle. The local area is really rich in visitor attractions and the hotel’s spa facilities are excellent so we can offer extended breaks for those who want to make the most of this. The stables have over 30 horses to enable them to cater for all levels of riding ability from complete beginners. Experienced qualified staff accompany all the hacks which are divided into ability groups.
Day 3
After breakfast we will be arranging your second ride in Windsor Great Park. In this area there is a whole host of visitor attractions for non riders or for any spare time between rides, including Windsor Castle, Dorney Court, The Savill Garden, Eton College and boat trips along The River Thames.

The combination of a lovely 4 star spa hotel or traditional B&B with great riding for all abilities makes this a really wonderful riding holiday in Berkshire. We also offer a 4 star spa package in Cheshire with a sister hotel to this one also with spa facilities and not forgetting great riding!
