Day One
Today will start with a meet and greet once you arrive. You will be picked up from Dublin Airport & transferred to your hand picked accommodation, a small country hotel local to the equestrian centre from which your riding will be based. Tonight you will enjoy dinner in the hotel restaurant.
Day Two
The first full day of your holiday in Ireland will start with an eight o’clock breakfast. At nine a lift will have been arranged to collect you from your hotel and drop you at the riding centre, here you will have a quick assessment lesson to gauge your ability accurately. This will be followed by a country lane ride which will bring you nicely up to 12:30 and after a short rest you will be taken back to the hotel to change before heading to the market town of Trim at 2.30pm. Here you will visit and tour the castle and town which was used as a location during the filming of the Mel Gibson movie “Braveheart”. At 5.30pm you will transfer back to the hotel for dinner.
Day Three
After a hearty breakfast at 8am you will be collected from the hotel (9am) for the mornings riding. 9.30 to 12.30 consist of a hack to the Historical Hill of Tara accompanied by a B.H.S. approved instructor. This will be followed by a transfer to Newgrange Historic Site and Cultural Experience. Here you can enjoy walking around this stunning area of historic interest. This evening experience Dublin! One night in the city including a traditional Irish fish & chip supper in Dublin’s famous Parnel Street accompanied of course by a pint of Guinness!
Day Four
An 8.30 breakfast is followed by a city tour today, with time for shopping set aside, followed by your transfer back to airport.
