SICAB Seville

Day One

Today we will organise a private airport transfer to your centrally located hotel in Seville. After checking-in, there will be time to enjoy this wonderful city. If time permits today we can arrange the sight seeing tour for you with a horse drawn carriage ride or if not we will arrange it for tomorrow – this is the most magical way to orientate yourself around this beautiful city.

Day Two

After breakfast in the hotel this morning, you will be heading for Seville’s international exhibition centre, where you will be able to spend time enjoying this spectacular exhibition. Pavilion 1 is home to the breeders. You see at first hand, some of the most influential breeding mares currently producing progeny in Spain. Pavilion 2 is a shopper’s paradise; every stand is dedicated either directly or indirectly with horses! The local Bodegas (wine producers) offer tasting to visitors giving this Pavilion a real ‘party’ atmosphere. In Pavilion 3 you will be able to watch the very highest level of competition across all the disciplines. Each evening there is a spectacular display performed and we will arrange for tickets to be reserved for the show of your choice.

Day Three

Breakfast again in the hotel this morning and then the choice is yours. Tickets to the show are included again today, but you may like to spend some time at leisure in Seville this morning before heading over to the exhibition around lunchtime. We can also arrange riding either in the beautiful Donana National Park or in the vineyards of Jerez just 50 minutes drive away.

Day Four

Breakfast in the hotel today followed by free time to explore Seville – don’t forget to visit The Cathedral, the third biggest in the world, the stunning architecture will transport you back in time. Later today a private transfer to the airport is included.

The event is held once a year, in the third week of November. The event includes a full programme of activities, such as show jumping competitions, carriage driving, classical and country dressage, the national livestock breeders' championship, an auction of quality horses plus a variety of exhibitions and shows held each night.

The competitions include the prestige Spanish National Conformation Championship, the ANCCE Dressage Cup and the ANCCE Doma Vaquera Cup. The show takes up three huge pavilions, one dedicated to the breeding stock, one to the competition arena and the third is a huge trade hall offering every imaginable equestrian product.
